The St. Pete Beach Board of Adjustment is a five-member group of residents appointed by the City Commission that sits as a quasi-judicial body to handle certain variance issues relating to the land development regulations.
Variances related to Conditional Use Applications are handled by the City Commission as part of the review process. The City Commission also hears all applications for variance from the Coastal Construction and Excavation Setback Line.
The Board meets in an advertised public hearing format to consider the applications. Filing deadlines for the Board meetings are Noon six weeks in advance of the scheduled public hearing at which the application will be heard.
Please note: Late/incomplete applications will not be accepted. Some dates adjusted for holidays.
